Commission on aging can assist the older adults and their families to discuss resources and services available in our community, with the goal of helping older adults remain as independent as possible
A&D Waiver Program
(Community Transition Services )
Nursing homes used to be the only option for people who needed help with their care. Now with the help of A&D Community Transition Services, current nursing home residents can return home or to the setting of their choice.
Veterans Affairs Office
We want to thank our veterans for their services and sacrifice. You may be eligible for some VA benefits, including spouses of veterans. Funds may be be used for assisted living at many facilities.
Region 7 Area Agency on Aging
Programs and funding that help older adults remain independent, in their homes and communities are available where you live!
